Academia and the Arts have been my threshold of operation in the last few years. 

Employed in an academic position in one of the first higher-educational institutions in the north-eastern part of India, I have played a significant role in mentoring aspiring professionals in the media/creative industries/arts and in leading a number of projects for the institute itself.

I have successfully collaborated with several governmental/non-governmental organisations/sponsors and funders for various theatre projects, film and photography festivals/arts festivals, and academic conferences/symposia.

My impeccable skills in communication, along with an academic background in advertising/public relations/marketing/ and theatre, have enabled me to successfully design project proposals, publicity campaigns, and facilitate projects.

Writing and research form an indelible part of my work, and I feel an intense love for both. 

I believe in creativity, excellence, and professionalism. To be able to love what I do, and to do it with positivity and optimism is my motto.
